Historic place in the center of Cairo.Fantastic chickpea flour and fried pizza.The pizza menu is very extensive and for all tastes.I recommend the soleado, tubina and truffle ones.Large variety of craft beers.

Historic and very intimate venue in the center of Cairo Montenotte. The food - farinata and two pan pizzas - was delicious and at a great price. The room where we ate is located a few doors down the street next to the main entrance of the restaurant.We spent very little for what we ordered. Recommended restaurant!

Well-reviewed place, we read about an excellent Farinata and pan pizza, albeit small with excellent quality ingredients. Of an ancient place, with small rooms. It is said that the owner takes care of serving tables and cooking at the same time. Let good craft beers be served, not to mention grappa. If you want to be sure of eating, you need to book. All this convinced me to spend an evening with friends in a familiar environment an hour and a half away from home. Compliments! I can only confirm what many have already said, one of the best farinata there can be eaten here!

The pan pizza is excellent, but the chickpea farinata is amazing

One of the best farinata I've ever eaten. The pizzas are small pizzas made in the electric oven with SUPERB quality of ingredients. You can really smell the fragrance of the fresh tomatoes and the cured meats (we ate the pizza with sausage and raw salami). These pizzas are very stuffed which makes you completely forget their modest size. They are slightly greasy but this is my personal taste which does not influence the rating in the slightest given that this place is still a place for farinata. There are also many types of beer and they also have different desserts. Honest prices and a location that makes you understand why this place has been around for almost 70 years.

Young and super friendly staff, as well as the owner. One of the best farinata I have ever eaten and all the dishes at unbeatable prices, so I would say that for value for money it deserves 10 stars!!! I went back with my wife 3 times in one week…. Keep it up!

An absolute pleasure! The farinata is absolutely great and the "pizza" ( it is a different version of the traditional one) is definitely something worth a stop! Add a really great artisanal biers list and the dining experience is great!
